If your team is unable to attend a scheduled game:

1. You first need to contact the Pavilion and find out open time(s) when your game could be rescheduled.

2. Then call the coach from the opposing team and see if they are able to play on any of the dates and times that are available. (Please do not expect the they will automatically agree!).

3. Call the Pavilion back and let us know if this game is able to be rescheduled between both teams.

4. Call one of the Referee to see if they are available to officiate your game.

5. It is the coaches responsibility if they have rescheduled a game to let their players and parents know about the change. We as a facility cannot be expected to get this communicated to all of your players (it's just to confusing!)

If some of your team players are unable to make the scheduled games and you need to put substitutes in for the game to be played, we will allow subs to play. Substitutes may NOT play in the playoffs and championship game if they have not participated in less than 1/2 of the scheduled games.

In the event that power outage forces us to cancel scheduled
games at the Pavilion, we will take the following steps:

• The decision to cancel scheduled games will be made no later than two (2) hours prior to the start time of the first scheduled game that day.

• The coach/captain of each non-house team scheduled to play that day will be notified via telephone of the game cancellation as soon as possible. It is the coach's/captain's responsibility to notify their players of the game cancellation.

• All house team players will be notified via telephone of the game cancellation as soon as possible.

• The coach/captain of all teams with scheduled practices will be notified via telephone of the practice cancellation as soon as possible. It is the coach's/captain's responsibility to notify their players of the game canellation.

• All cancelled games will be re-scheduled as soon as possible. Revised game schedules will be posted on our website and at the facility. Cancelled games may be re-scheduled for a different day of the week than the normal playing day(s) for a team.

It is imperative that all team coaches/captains as well as all house team players provide us with their current telephone number. We cannot be responsible for contacting people who have changed their telephone number without notifying us.
